Sometimes you get a designer who is smart in their craft, but a pain to work with. On the other hand, there is the designer who’s a great character, but lacks substance. Then you get Dorothy, who is the best of both.
She’s observant, proactive, asks the right questions, and just gets it. No matter how many times I’ve thrown her under the bus whether it’s a complex project or a tight deadline, she manages to accomplish her work in spades and abnormally stay positive. She’s known in the office as someone we can DPeng on.
We miss her, especially her antics.
